Beistle Tissue Fluff Balls - Party Supply Decoration for Baby Shower

This colorful combination of white and blue Tissue Fluff Balls create a unique hanging decoration that would be a great addition to almost any theme party, baby shower, or other event you may be hosting.
Once you remove the tissue pieces from the packaging, just open them up, fluff, and you have your fun Tissue Fluff Balls! 1. Starting with one tissue accordion, begin to make a fan by pulling two opposite ends together. The accordion will look like a half moon.
2. Identify the side of the accordion that has three different lengths of tissue. This is the front of your flower.
3. Still holding the ends together, fluff the tissue up one layer at a time.
4. Repeat on the opposite side of the accordion.
5. When complete, flower should stay open without holding the ends.
6. (Optional) Remove backing from double sided stickys and attach to flower and hanging location if desired.
