Returns/Refunds
- Our return policies are simple: brand new items may be returned up to 30 days from receipt. Customer covers shipping (initial and return) and 20% restocking fee applies if item is brand new. Brand new includes all packaging, tags, etc in perfect condition. Items which are not brand new may be subject to a 50% restocking fee or not accepted at all.
- Cancellations for pre-orders, prior to the anticipated available date, will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee, to cover payment processor and website hosting fees which are not refunded.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us for return RMA and return address. Please note that RMA # does not guarantee final disposition for a return and all returns are inspected before any credit would be given. Customer should use a trackable, insured return service. If item is damaged or lost in transit to us, customer would need to file a claim with their return carrier and we would not be able to process the return.
- For any return requests involving variations in the color, shade, approximate dimensions, included accessories, or features listed in the description, normal return policies apply. If parts are missing or damaged, we will send replacement parts if available or it may be processed as a standard return.
Payment/Sales Tax
- Accepted payment methods include: Paypal, Amazon Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
- For gift etiquette, our invoices and packing slips do not show prices unless requested.
- We accept multiple payment methods and may elect to only ship to the billing address.
- Sales Tax: Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases delivered or sourced to each state. Your State may require you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase. Please consult with your State Regulations to ensure full compliance. We may be required to submit information to you and/or your state about purchasing histories and potential sales or use tax due.
- For purchases made to Alabama: Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer's behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller's program account number is SSU-R011853845
Shipping Information
Domestic Shipments:
- Most items ship ground services within 1-3 full business days (usually sooner) and arrive approximately within 5-10 business days (M-F, excluding holidays).
- We use many methods of shipping and will select the most reliable method for your item(s). Carriers may be substituted with a freight company, FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion and may require a physical street address for delivery. Customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. If USPS does not deliver to your shipping address, please contact us before purchasing. Signature may be required at any time.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, we may replace damaged or defective parts or the entire item. Request to return and cancel the transaction instead of replace may be treated like normal returns with the customer being responsible for all shipping costs. When we inspect items with claims of damage or defect, normal return policies will apply if item is found not to be damaged or defective.
- For claims of warranty, customer may need to return items or parts at their cost for replacements.
- Any order may require a signature at our discretion.
- Flat shipping rates or free shipping include the 48 Contiguous States only.
- Certain restrictions prevent many items from being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US Territories. Please check prior to purchase by contacting us via email regarding shipments outside the Contiguous United States. Additional charges will apply if available. Freight companies and FedEx/UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- If a package is returned to us for invalid address, failed delivery after multiple attempts, return to sender or any other reason beyond our control, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
- In the event of damage or loss, we must follow carrier's policies for claims. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 HOURS of delivery. Please Do NOT delay reporting shipping/carrier damage as carriers have time limits for claims. Lost claims require a tracer request from the carrier.
- Shipment information (tracking/delivery confirmation) is emailed automatically as soon as it is available. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Local pickup is not available on any item. All items must be shipped.
