Returns-Refunds

-Customer is responsible for all initial and return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable which also includes 'Free Shipping' items. Refund is credited less any actual shipping charges occurred. Estimated actual domestic shipping charges vary with each item. The shipping carrier does not refund the initial shipping charges that were incurred on items when customers make returns for unwanted items which is why this is deducted from any credited amounts. This also applies to orders with cancellation requests after processing and orders that were returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts.

-A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be applicable for returned items.

-All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).Please contact us through messaging for return RMA and return address. Not all shipments are sent back to original shipment warehouse. No returns will be accepted without a RMA. Please allow 48-72 hrs for RMA request response. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. Please note that RMA # does not guarantee final disposition for a return and all returns are inspected before any credit would be given.
-For any return requests involving variations in the color, shade, approximate dimensions, or features listed in the Amazon catalog, the customer is responsible for the initial and return shipping costs (including the actual initial amount when an item is marked 'Free Shipping').
*Photo Colors may vary on your computer. With any product, the color may appear slightly different based on computer, monitor settings, configurations, browsers, the lighting/setting for the photograph, etc. Shades may slightly vary during manufacturing runs/processing. Photos are for informational purposes only and represent a basic design.
*Dimensions are approximated and may vary during manufacturing runs.

- Costumes/clothing must be in new/ unwashed condition to qualify for a return. Costumes and clothing items must be free from stains/odors/smells in order to return. Costumes that have a costume bag must have that component when returning.

-All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be received back within 30 days of purchase and must be new/un-used in original manufacturer factory carton, including any packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and any accessories that were in the shipment to qualify for return. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton unless directed to do so.

-We highly recommend that you insure any item(s) that you return and use a traceable service.

-Once a product has been used or in the customer's possession for 30 days, it is subject to the manufacturer warranty, if available, and is not returnable to us.

-If a warranty issue arises, we will help contact the manufacturer, but customer is responsible for shipping costs for replacements to the manufacturer warehouse.
